41. But Really, What is Rest?
What is Biblical rest? Is it more naps and going to bed earlier? Well, maybe. More than that rest is a posture of our heart that we get to live from. Listen in to Caroline and Jessica as they share their journeys of being high achievers and learning what it really means to rest.

“And you did not receive the “spirit of religious duty,” leading you back into the fear of never being good enough. “Surrender your anxiety! Be silent and stop your striving and you will see that I am God. I am the God above all the nations, and I will be exalted throughout the whole earth.” Psalm 46:10
